The Caribbean Association of Medical Technologists, CASMET,
is an independent, non-governmental Association representing more than 1500 Medical Laboratory Professionals throughout the Caribbean, Central America and the Dutch Antilles.

CASMET Council consists of the Local Branch Council and the Elected Regional Council.
The Regional Council meets twice a year to conduct the business of the Association and comprise of the following persons:
