Anguilla
The beautiful island of Anguilla hosted the Regional Council Meeting of the Caribbean Association of Medical Technologists on May 24, 2004. The conference, at the Anguilla Great House, was attended by delegates from various parts of the Caribbean. They were welcomed by Senior Medical Technologist at the Princess Alexandra Hospital, Everette Duncan. Among those who delivered short addresses were Chief Executive Officer of the Health Authority of Anguilla, Dexter James and Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Health, Foster Rogers. They spoke on the importance of cooperation among the various medical laboratories and were appreciative that Anguilla was chosen for the gathering.
